Meditation has been scientifically proven to be effective. Studies, laboratory tests, and analysis of EKGs and EEGs demonstrate the astonishing effects of meditation on the mind and body. Before becoming a coach, I worked extensively as an IT and then real estate consultant, often facing time and performance pressures that increasingly became challenging for me. It was during this time that I began practicing meditation and gained my own experiences.
I started with Transcendental Meditation and then explored various other forms such as Heart Meditation, Zen Meditation, and more. I immediately noticed its effects: clearer thinking, improved ability to prioritize, ease in switching off, prolonged concentration, and a sense of infinite happiness. Through my experience in my practice, I have realized that with the right meditation technique and the support of a coach, anyone can attain inner peace and balance.
For lightworkers and Starseeds who seek spiritual development, I am particularly drawn to Zen Meditation. This method allows for strengthening the energetic body, attaining visions, and connecting with the informational field. It also enables the connection with our guides and Star Family and strengthens the connection with the Higher Self.
